We are seeking to recruit self-motivated, qualified persons of high integrity to the position of  Technical Manager who will be also an Assistant to the Operations Director; Repair and maintenance of our fleet, to oversee all staff, budgets, and activities of our technical department.

The interested candidates should fulfill the following requirements:

• Minimum of three years of proven experience in a managerial position
• Skills in business administration, (HR, Finance, procurement, operations, etc)
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
• Advanced software usage skills in Excel and other MS software
• Able to make decisions of technical nature
• Minimum Bachelor in Business  Administration, Economics, Logistics, or a Business-related field. A Master’s Degree will be an added advantage.
• Excellent  interpersonal skills
• Good written and verbal communication (English & French)
• Having a Driving licence / Category B is an added advantage
