CATCHUP Investments Ltd a privately owned Rwandan investment company that recently extend their business to the Manufacturing Sector. The Company produces high quality hygiene products including tissue products such as Toilet Papers, Serviettes, Facial Tissues, Medical Towels, Kitchen Towels, and Pocket Tissues. The factory is the only facility in Rwanda that recycles waste paper to produce good quality and hygienic Toilet papers which is very well known in the Rwandan market under the “Clear” brand. Other products produced by the industry are a wide range of Detergents like Multi-Purpose Liquid Soap, Hand Wash, Glass Cleaner, Dish Wash, as well as bar soap products.

The factory currently employs 170 Rwandans on permanent basis, with the immediate projection to employ 300 next year.

In order to increase our sales, CATCHUP Investments Ltd is looking to recruit one (1) Sales and Marketing Officer in charge of our Corporate Clients and ten (10) Sales Agents who will be responsible for increasing the sales of our product portfolio.

Job Overview

Remunerations for this Job depends solely on the performance depending on commissions and quantities of products sold by an agent.

The Sales Representative is charged with product distribution and performance in all the markets our brand is represented and prospect markets.

The sales Representatives are responsible for the sale and proper distribution of all the products in their categories. Specifically, execution, follow up and Growth of the sales in relation to the approved sales targets.

Catchup Investments is looking to deploy 6 sales representatives in Kigali and 4 sales representatives to oversee the distribution of our products through the Northern, Eastern, Western and Southern provinces of Rwanda.

Note: Candidates interested in representing Catchup Investments in provinces out of Kigali must be residents of the area of interest.

Responsibilities and Duties

Key contact person with distributors, wholesalers, and Catchup representative at the market place.

• Tasked with growing our customer base and ensuring product availability on retail shelves in the allocated areas.
• Meet and exceed the set sales targets of every product category in our portfolio.
• Relay orders to sales admin and oversee the timely delivery of the products.

• To Ensure that regular reviews are carried out with customers, to ensure that their needs are being met and that excellent customer service is achieved and, developing future improvements/services for the customers

• Charged with distributor’s performance evaluation.
• Maintain and report the state of the market in real time

• Charged with facilitation of distributors on penetrating new markets.
• Ensure compliance of the distributors with the contracts.
• Weekly reporting to HOD on current market status.

 Qualifications

• Academic Qualifications

Bachelor’s Degree in Sales and marketing or related degree of Advanced Certificate of Secondary Education with more than 2 equivalent or 2 years’ experience in Sales and Marketing.
