Sales representative at Food production company

We are looking for a Sales representative to be part of our team and our expansion in Rwandan market.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

-Selling products using solid arguments to prospective customers

-Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships

-Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule

-Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments

-Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.

Job Requirements
Minimum 3 years’ experience in field sales and business development with excellent relationship with trade channel across Rwanda.

-Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills

-Strong experience in food products sales

-Strong network of contacts in Rwandan market and sales business

-A “hunter” personality is a must.

-must have valid drivers license

-You share our values and work in accordance with those values, Team Working is crucial.

Language proficiency in Kinyarwanda and English.

– Well organized, results oriented.
