ExCraft is hiring Sales Manager!!!

Location: M. Peace Plaza -KN4 AV10-11th floor, Tower B Kigali, Rwanda.

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure profitable sales growth, revenue through planning, execution, and management of all Trade Channels.
  • Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish and execute sales goals.
  • Lead, coach & energize diverse sales team members to achieve sales targets.
  • Monitor and analyze performance metrics and suggest improvements.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual sales forecasts.
  • Negotiate and close agreements with large & Key Account Customers.
  • Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities.
  • Liaise with the Trade Marketing team to ensure consistent execution & excellence across all Trade Channels.

 Qualifications:

  • A Bachelor’s degree is a must.
  • Not less than 10 years’ experience in the Sales field.
  • Very Good in the English Language.
  • Prospecting Skills, Negotiation, Self-Confidence.
  • Presentation Skills.
  • Self-Motivated.
  • Strong knowledge of Business Process Improvement.
