Job Title: Sales Executives

Reports to: Sales Manager

Job Purpose:

The Job-holder shall contribute to the overall achievement of corporate sales targets through sales expansion via new customer acquisitions, retention and enhanced customer activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Cultivating solid relationships with major customers to ensure a continuous flow of sales revenue
  • Identifying promising prospects through cold-calling, networking, and customer referrals
  • Ensuring that all sales administration and customer service activities run smoothly
  • Meet sales revenue targets
  • Lead and coordinate contract negotiations for a successful close
  • Maintaining accurate records of the total number of sales made, potential and existing customers, as well as sales employee performance evaluations.
  • Analyzing sales metrics to determine whether current sales strategies are effective
  • Conducting in-depth research on competitors’ products, pricing, and market success to gain insight into customer preferences and interests.
  • Advising clients on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting. – Act as the face of the company and offer exemplary customer service to all clients.
  • Provide periodic reports to sales manager on sales operations and generated returns using CRM systems.
  • Researching competitors’ products, pricing, and product success to determine customer preferences.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in sales, marketing or business-related field Professional Qualifications / Membership to professional bodies • N/A

Previous relevant work experience required:

At least 3 years experiences in sales and marketing, experience in selling high end product and services will be an added advantage.
