Canal+ International is a subsidiary of Canal+ Group (Group Vivendi).  Canal + offers bundles of pay TV Channels throughout the world in more than 40 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean, the Pacific South and Asia.

In Africa, CANAL + INTERNATIONAL is active in more than 20 countries, distributes more than 200 channels via satellite to more than 4.5M subscribers in Africa.

Role:

As the Sales Coordinator, you will champion commercial animation and ensure effective coordination of dealers.

What you will do:

  1. Commercial animation of the network
  • Share regular information (programs, promotions, processes…)
  • Commercial animation of all the sales challenges (share information, ranking, results, etc.)
  1. Coordination of the network
  • Regular follow-up of shops and dealers needs
  • Work with Logistics department for delivering
  • Follow-up of enrollment and termination of dealers
  1. Data mining and analysis
  • Analyze daily data and make comprehensive reports
  • Prepare performance forecasts
  • Organize weekly sales meetings
  1. Administrative follow-up of the commercial
  • Back-office of RSM (bonus incentive, weekly planning…)
  • Purchase order follow-up
  • Follow-up of Commercial department budget
  • Develop direct and indirect network distribution
  1. Report to the Sales Director

You will be the right fit if:

  • You have min 2 years’ experience in a similar position or coordinating sales activities
  • You have a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, marketing or related field,
  • You have experience in logistic, back office or data entry
  • You have a sense of autonomy and responsibility
  • You can adapt and be on the look-out for new ideas
  • You have good interpersonal skills
  • You work well in a team and have the ability to inject energy into others
  • You are reactive and pragmatist
  • You can speak fluently English and French
  • You have Good Excel and Power Point skills
