A fast-growing e-commerce company in Rwanda is hiring a sales and fulfillment associate to contribute to the growth of the company and provide good services to its customers.

Responsibilities

1. Reply to ALL client queries on all the platforms promptly: Website, Facebook, Instagram, WhatsApp, Google, phone, etc.

2. Efficiently convert leads to close sales

3. Collect and communicate the necessary information to complete client orders

4. Ensure swift delivery of orders

5. Contact suppliers to ensure stock availability and confirm pricing

6. Contact logistic partner to dispatch transportation

7. Appropriately inform the customer and supervisor on order progress

8. Keep the minimum stock level of critical goods and reorder on time

9. Record sales in EBM machine and Accounting Files immediately before goods are dispatched

10. Collect payments from clients

11. Obtain EBM invoices from suppliers immediately, if not before the closing of business

12. Make payments to suppliers

13. Conduct daily stock counts

14. Independently solve problems as they arise

Requirements

1. At least 2 years relevant experience in sales or fulfillment

2. Demonstrated communication skills

3. Proven sales skills

4. Ability to solve problems quickly

5. A friendly and engaging personality with a customer service focus

6. Fluent in at least Kinyarwanda and English, French preferred

7. Proficiency with MS Excel/Word or Google Business Apps (Sheets, Docs) required

8. Ability to type at least 45 words per minute required

9. Ability to work on weekends required

10. Have own well-functioning laptop computer and smartphone preferred
