2.   RWAMAGANA AGENCY MANAGER

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

The Head of Agency takes part in defining the objectives of the Copedu Plc. Its aim is to increase the volume, quality and profitability of all of the agency’s services while constantly ensuring risk control. It develops its clientele according to its commercial objectives and the means made available to it and manages its employees.

TASK DESCRIPTIONS

• Coordinate the activities of the agency;
• Supervise the counters under his responsibility;
• Participate in the implementation of marketing and communication actions and implement the commercial policy put in place;
• Organize the recruitment of new customers and ensure their loyalty;
• Mobilize social capital;
• Participate in prospecting for new customers;
• Set and evaluate the agency’s performance indicators;
• Manage the materials available at the agency level
• Manage human resources in terms of performance management, leave, disciplinary, etc. ;
• Ensure compliance with policies, manuals and regulations in force;
• Supervise the management of banking operations and transactions;
• Ensure the best management of the credit portfolio;
• Execute the credit policy;
• Increase the quality of the agency’s loan portfolio;
• Perform all other similar tasks entrusted to him by his superior.

PROFILE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Be between 25 and 35 years old
• A0 in Economics, Business Administration or Management;
• At least 4 years of experience in the field of marketing or customer management;
• Mastery of microfinance products and procedures;
• Relational and managerial quality;
• Mastery of office tools;
• Mastery of written and oral communication;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Being a resident of Rwamagana district would be an asset.
