Canal+ International is a subsidiary of Canal+ Group (Group Vivendi).  Canal + offers bundles of pay TV Channels throughout the world in more than 40 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean, the Pacific South and Asia.

In Africa, CANAL + INTERNATIONAL is active in more than 20 countries, distributes more than 200 channels via satellite to more than 4.5M subscribers in Africa.

Role:

As the Regional Sales Manager, you will define Sales Targets for the different distribution channels and ensure sales performance: volumes of recruitment, R/T, renewal rate, ARPU, for retailers in its sector, with attention to direct network.

What you will do:

  • Develop direct and indirect network distribution
  • Conduct Market Analysis (market trends, business news, retail players, areas with heavy traffic)
  • Define commercial operations for C+ with the support of Hierarchy and help in decision-making
  • Communicate commercial policy of C+ to the sales teams under your leadership
  • Coach your team and support in the recruitment of new team members
  • Establish business operations in the sector with the support of Sales Director
  • Evaluate the performance of Store Managers and D2D managers
  • Monitor the distributor debt
  • Ensure that procedures are known, mastered, and applied by all financial, logistical teams, etc.
  • Report to the Sales Director

You will be the right fit if:

  • You have Bachelor’s degree in Business management or Finance
  • You have strong management skills and 2 years’ experience leading a team effectively
  • You have min 3 years of experience with large distribution networks
  • You have a sense of autonomy and responsibility
  • You can adapt and be on the look-out for new ideas
  • You have good interpersonal skills
  • You can easily work in a team and have the ability to inject energy into others
  • You are reactive and pragmatist
  • You are fluent in English and Kinyarwanda (good level of French is a plus)
