ITM Africa is assisting a high-end hotel facility, in the recruitment of a Receptionist.

Location: Rusizi, Western Province

You will be the right fit if you:

• Have a Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business Administration, Public Relations or any other related field
• Have a minimum of 2 years relevant working experience
• Are proficient in Microsoft Office suite, Booking and payment Management Systems
• Have the ability to respond to different customers and guests’ inquiries
• Have the ability to multi-task, prioritize and organize
• Possess strong innovative, interpersonal and organization skills
• Are fluent in English and Kinyarwanda both verbally and in writing (French and Swahili are a plus)
