RwandAir Catering Ltd is a fast growing In-flight Catering Company in Rwanda that started its operations from August 2014 and is providing catering services to scheduled airlines, private jet, and charters. RwandAir Catering Ltd aims to be one of the biggest aviation catering company in Africa in few years to come.

As part of this strategy we are looking for interested, qualified, committed, and competent candidate to fill the position mentioned below. Temporary staff for CHOGM.

1. Job title:Pot/Dish wash Assistant (5 positions) 

Department: Quality Assurance                    

Reports to:Quality Assurance Supervisor

Reporting Line Manager: Quality Assurance Manager

 Major responsibilities.

1. Offloading dirty materials from trolleys and Production areas.
2. Waste the offloads or rejected materials.
3. Ensuring that all dirty china ware are washed through the Dish wash machine while glasses in glasses washing machine.
4. Ensuring that the dosage of cleaning chemicals is correct and in right concentration.
5. Ensuring that time, temperature, and chemical concentration are accurately recorded on a daily basis.
6. Selecting and marking the chipped materials.
7. Making sure that the workplace is cleaned after every shift.
8. Listing the missing items according to the customer’s requests.
9. Both Quality, Health, and Safety requirements should be adhered to.

Knowledge, skills, and experience.

• Senior six i.e. A Level Certificate
• 2 years experience working in hotels

  Prerequisites:      

• Physically fit for the job
• Be able to work during nights.
