Concern Worldwide is launching a call for applications for the position of MEAL Manager Burundi – Rwanda.

This position will be based in Bujumbura

In this context, staff have a responsibility to the organization to seek and maintain the highest standards of daily behavior in their workplace, in accordance with Concern’s values ​​and mission. Any candidate recruited by Concern Worldwide will be required to sign the Concern Code of Conduct and associated policies which are annexed to their employment contract. By signing the Concern Code of Conduct, applicants acknowledge that they have understood the contents of the Concern Code of Conduct and associated policies and agree to behave in accordance with the provisions of these policies.

Accountability

• Actively promote meaningful community participation and consultation at all stages of the project cycle (planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation);
• Work with colleagues to ensure that our Complaint and Response Mechanism (CRM) is functional and accessible, that feedback and complaints are welcomed and addressed;
• Work with colleagues to ensure information about CRM, safeguarding and expected behavior of Concern staff is disseminated to program participants and communities.
