The COPEDU PLC invites interested candidates to apply for the following positions:

1. MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION

Under the supervision of the Head of Commercial Department, the Marketing and Communication Manager ensures to design, implement and manage the marketing and communication strategy of the COPEDU Plc

TASK DESCRIPTIONS

• Develop marketing plans (market analysis, determination of targets, action plan, choice of advertising axes, etc.) and design operations intended to develop the sale of the institution’s products or services;
• Coordinate the marketing and promotion activities of banking services in branches as set by the management of the COPEDU Plc;
• Carry out very in-depth marketing analyzes, gathering information on the market and the competition and taking into account the needs and expectations of the client;
• Mobilize the population on the culture of savings;
• Mobilize potential customers to the products offered by COPEDU Plc;
• Segment existing customers according to established criteria;
• Participate in the strategy to improve customer satisfaction;
• Offer suitable products and periods for the promotion;
• Propose the development of existing products;
• Supervise the writing of press releases and kits;
• Choose and / or design communication media and study production methods, panels, film scripts, journal articles, educational documents, WEB pages;
• Ensure the proper functioning of the communication network with the public;
• Updating of web site and other forms of publication;
• Coordinate the activities of the call center;
• Perform all other similar tasks entrusted to him by his superior.

PROFILE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Be between 25 and 35 years old;
• A0 in Marketing, Project Management or Business Administration & Management;
• At least 3 years of experience in sales, marketing or customer management;
• Mastery of different marketing and communication techniques;
• Be perfectly at ease in Kinyarwanda, French and / or English both orally and in writing;
• Good knowledge of the market and the industry;
• Mastery of computer tools and software used in marketing;
• Ability to work under pressure.
