Job Description


Reporting to the Country Managing Partner the job holder will coordinate and facilitate the budgeting and budgetary control, job costing, financial analysis, preparation of financial statements and in liaison with the Director(s) monitor and report on timely basis the financial measures of the various KPI both at Country and Departmental levels.

In Particular, He/she Will Be Required.

  • Manage and Monitor the day-to-day financial operations within the company (payroll, invoicing, banking’s, and other transactions).
  • To prepare and/or review various Financial statement support schedules and balance sheet reconciliation of various accounts.
  • To prepare monthly and annual financial analysis for strategic and operation planning and meetings.
  • To carry out business analysis, business process re-engineering and operational improvement
  • To track project costs and review Inventory reports periodically for various management decisions.
  • To maintain Fixed Assets documentation and preparation of monthly Fixed Assets movement schedule.
  • To carry out business analysis, business process re-engineering and operational improvement,
  • To be involved in tool and systems integration and optimization in line with the Firm strategic objectives and goals.
  • To prepare Statutory Returns and Statutory accounts for the firm.
  • Support project analysis, validation of plans, and various ad-hoc requests
  • Manage the company’s financial accounting, monitoring, and reporting systems
  • Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a Business-related field. A master’s degree will be an added advantage.
  • Qualified Accountant from recognized institution (CPA / ACCA)
  • Excellent IT skills particularly in excel, Word, PowerPoint and with hands on experience in SAP or any ERP system.
  • Minimum of five years relevant working experience within a busy, computerised environment
  • Strong accounting and analytical skills with ability to develop and maintain costs tracking methods of budget performance and variances.
  • An excellent team player with sound knowledge to assist in delivering the best services to the firm.
  • Ability to work and effectively communicate with senior-level business partners
  • Excellent business judgment, analytical, and decision-making skills
