The COPEDU PLC invites interested candidates to apply for the following positions: 

I. IT SECURITY MANAGER (ISO)

JOB DESCRIPTIONS

Under the supervision of the Head of Internal Audit Department, the IT Security Manager is responsible for identifying the security risks of the information system of COPEDU Plc. It assesses the vulnerability of the information system and implements solutions to guarantee the availability of security and the integrity of the information system and data. He must :

• Perform system audits;
• Analyze the risks related to the information systems of the COPEDU Plc and propose corrective measures;
• Monitor infrastructures and develop them with the company,
• Advise the IT Department / General Directorate on IT security;
• Lead the implementation of an Information Security Management System (ISMS) by performing the tasks specified in the project plan within the given time frame and budget;
• Ensure a constant technological watch (security solutions / methods of hackers);
• Ensure that appropriate technical, physical and procedural controls are in place in accordance with policies, and are properly applied and used by all employees;
• Sensitize all employees to security and confidentiality issues and conduct training and information security awareness sessions for COPEDU Plc staff;
• Design and manage procedures to guard against intrusion or disaster and day-to-day implementation of information security policies;
• Submission of periodic reports on the status of implementation, risk indicators and management of incidents related to information security;

PROFILE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Be between 25 and 35 years old;
• A0 in Computer Technology (IT), computer science or Computer Engineering;
• At least 3 years of experience in IT Systems Audit or in information security in microfinance institutions or banks;
• Knowledge of auditing techniques based on professional standards;
• Mastery of computer languages ​​and Knowledge of computer risks;
• Rigor, methodical, sense of detail and spirit of synthesis;
• Ability to work under pressure;
• Integrity and ethics;
• Having a Computer System Auditor’s certificate (CISA) is an asset.
