Job Description

To All eligible bidders

Kigali, 20th November 2020

Re: Invitation to bid

ADRRES organization; hereby invites the interested and qualified bidders to submit their bests quotations for the tender entitled “Installation of Water Harvesting Tanks under Nyagatare greening schools project”. Technical requirements are attached herewith.

Quotation shall be accompanied by the following documents:

  1. A proof of payment of a non-refundable fee of Rwf 10,000 payable on the account 00510-06935673-36 opened in Bank of Kigali (BK) in the name of ADRRES(Advocacy to Disaster Risk Reduction and Environmental Sustainability), failure to do so will lead to disqualification;
  2. Company registration certificate (Dealing with construction activities);
  3. Company profile (Indicating full address of the company;
  4. At least 3 certificates of good completion of similar activities (Water Harvesting Tanks installations).


Method of Application

The price must be expressed in Rwandan Francs (Frw) and shall be inclusive of all applicable taxes (Failure to do so will lead to disqualification). Submissions shall be addressed to the Chief Executive Officer of ADRRES organization where physical submissions shall be directed to the reaction in a properly sealed envelope with the title of tender “Installation of Water Harvesting Tanks under Nyagatare greening schools project” whereas Electronic submissions shall be directed to

 [email protected] with the same title of the tender as subject of the email not later than Wednesday 2nd December 2020 at 05:00PM local time. Request for clarification or any other enquiries before submission shall be addressed to
