II. LEGAL DEPARTMENT MANAGER

1.     DESCRIPTION OF TASKS

Under the supervision of the Head of Legal Department, the Head of Legal Department resolves and prevents potential legal problems facing the COPEDU Plc. He verifies that COPEDU Plc complies with the law in everything it does, delivers legal services to clients and ensures that the interests of clients and of COPEDU Plc are respected.

2.     TASK DESCRIPTIONS

• Enter the shares;
• Participate in the drafting of regulatory texts;
• Prepare court files;
• Draw up contracts;
• Manage the contents of contracts;
• Resolve and prevent potential legal issues facing COPEDU Plc;
• Prepare legal opinions;
• Ensure a regulatory watch, in order to anticipate the impact of a modification of the legislation applicable to the law of the COPEDU Plc. and that of customers;
• Advise the staff of the COPEDU Plc and ensure compliance with internal procedures and various regulations;

3.     PROFILE AND REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Be between 25 and 35 years old;
• A0 in Rights;
• At least 4 years of experience in banking or microfinance legal advice;
• Work method and respect for procedures;
• Spirit of synthesis, analysis and writing skills;
• Computer skills ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills;
• Spirit of initiative, autonomy and a rigorous sense of organization;
• Ability to work under pressure.
