Job Title: Game Attendant

Location: Kigali-Rwanda

Reports to: Game Attendant Supervisor

Department: Operations

We are looking for a skilled a Game Attendant who is positive, guest focused with excellent knowledge of game room operations. Friendly recreation attendant, with a commitment to deliver excellent customer service, and someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates a pleasant and enthusiastic demeanor at all times. Smiling and eye contact are required
• Assist Clients with efficiency
• Provide information
• Customer service focused
• Responsible for daily operations of the game room.
• Interacting with guests
• Provide courteous
• Maintain clean work area.
• Ability to troubleshoot minor technical issues.

Requirements and skills

• Proven work experience as a Game attendant.
• Passionate, eager to learn with a positive attitude.
• Hands-on experience
• Attentiveness and patience for customers.
• Excellent presentation skills.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment.
• Active listening and effective communication skills both verbal and written English, French is a plus.
• Team spirit.
• Flexibility to work in shifts.
• High school diploma; food safety training is a plus.
