Financial Controller (1)

– Manage accounting operations and financial reporting.
– Ensure compliance with IFRS and internal controls.
– Monitor cash flow, budgets, and variance analysis.
– Coordinate audits and implement financial systems improvements.

-Maintain effective communication with internal and external stakeholders to promote collaboration and information sharing.

-Present financial insights clearly to non-financial stakeholders to support informed decision-making.

-Continuously engage with external stakeholders to identify potential financial support, stay updated on financial best practices and leverage opportunities that enhance the organization’s financial sustainability and strategic objectives.

– Strong financial management, reporting, and analytical skills.
– Leadership and problem-solving abilities.

– Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance.

– Professional qualification (ACCA/CPA) preferred.
– 5 years plus of relevant professional experience with supervisory responsibilities.
