EDUCATION PROJECT COORDINATOR
World Vision Rwanda is a child focused Christian humanitarian organization implementing development programs in 29 Districts of Rwanda.
World Vision Rwanda seeks to hire a highly qualified, dedicated, and experienced national for the position of Education Project Coordinator. The position will be based at Head office-Kigali reporting to the Education in Emergency Manager.
Purpose of the position:
Coordinate the planning and implementation of Impact Hope project activities and ensure that the refugee children receive appropriate support. The job holder will contribute to achieving WV Rwanda’s Child Wellbeing, with Child Protection Minimum Standards in designated sectors through planning, implementation, and monitoring projects in line with applicable Technical Approaches and contents based on MINEDUC, MINEMA, and UNHCR.

Qualifications: Education/Knowledge/Technical Skills and Experience
The following knowledge, skills, and abilities may be acquired through a combination of formal schooling, self-education, prior experience, or on-the-job training:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Social Work, and Clinical Psychology.
- 3 years’ experience in coordinating education project
- Experience in working with most vulnerable communities including refugees
- Strong coordination skills to manage the project
- Strong computer skills in word, excel, and PowerPoint
Salary:
The salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience.
