• Reporting line: Head of agency

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out prospecting and commercial follow-up;
• Take charge of the micro-credit process;
• Process credit applications;
• Monitor the reimbursement and security of funds;
• Participate in the collection of unpaid debts;
• Participate in the loyalty process;
• Accompany and educate customers;
• Marketing savings products and other microfinance products.

1. Prospecting and sales
2. Sales techniques
3. Marketing and representation

Qualifications:

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in an MFI or in a Bank (Business Relationship Manager) must be able to speak and write French.
