Job Description

• Develop the data migration and due diligence strategy for Umurenge SACCO, District SACCO and Cooperative Bank

• Design and standardize the data migration templates and due diligence report format

• Sensitize and train the USACCO staff on data migration and due diligence strategy

• Supervise the rollout of data migration and due diligence strategy

• Supervise the work of external individual consultants in charge of data cleaning and due diligence of USACCO

• Ensure the quality assurance of data (preload and post load into core banking system) and due diligence reports from USACCO, District SACCO and Cooperative Bank

• Provide the progress report on implementation of data migration and due diligence strategy

Job Profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration with an option in Accounting, Finance and Economics with 5 years of relevant experience in a banking/ Microfinance sector in audit, accounting, or management operations Or a Master’s degree in the aforementioned fields with 3 years relevant experience in a banking/ Microfinance sector in audit, accounting, or management operations

• Having a professional qualification (ACCA, CPA, CIA) would be an added value

• Be approved as External Auditor of Microfinance Institutions by National Bank of Rwanda is an added value

• Excellent conceptual and analytical skills.

• Fluent in Kinyarwanda and English or French, the fluency in both English and French being an added advantage
