COOPAC Ltd looking for an “ACCOUNTANT” for its production department.

I. Profile description

1. Be of Rwandan nationality or have a resident card in Rwanda;
2. Hold an A0 diploma in Accounting
3. Have a strong teamwork spirit;
4. Be free from any commitment;
5. Successful experience in a similar function of at least 2 to 3 years in the Accounting department;
6. Be of good character (good morals), be flexible, and have a sense of service organization;
7. Have a spirit of priority management;
8. Mastering Kinyarwanda language.

II. Functions:

1. Record the daily operations carried out in production by giving the correct accounting allocations;
2. Updated daily cherry purchase reports from all COOPAC Ltd coffee washing stations;
3. Check the accuracy and compliance of invoices or receipts relating to production quotes;
4. Check the conformity of quotes & invoices (checklist to be completed) for production operations;
5. Keep the individual files of each producer of COOPAC Ltd;
6. Prepare the monthly payroll for seasonal workers by washing station under the supervision of the production manager;
7. Prepare the list of the premium to be paid to producers after the coffee campaign.

III. The file will include the following:

1. A letter of motivation addressed to the management of COOPAC Ltd;
2. A detailed and updated curriculum vitae;
3. A copy of the diploma or equivalence;
4. A photocopy of the Identity Card;
5. One or more attestation (s) of services rendered;
6. Any other document that proves the candidate’s experience.
