Position: Community Entrepreneurship & Empowerment Officer

Location: Rwanda (with field travel across different regions)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and implement community-based entrepreneurship and empowerment programs
• Train and mentor beneficiaries in basic business, financial literacy, and income-generating activities
• Identify and support viable small business initiatives within communities
• Monitor and evaluate program impact and progress
• Build strong relationships with community leaders and local partners
• Support beneficiaries in accessing markets and economic opportunities
• Prepare reports on program implementation and outcomes

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Proven experience in community development, entrepreneurship, or related field
• Strong training, facilitation, and mentoring skills
• Good understanding of small business development and financial literacy
• Ability to work in rural and urban communities across the country
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet targets
• High level of integrity, commitment, and teamwork
