§CLINICAL OFFICER ANESTHETIST |
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE § She/he must have a bachelor’s degree (A0) in Anesthesia § He /She should have a minimum of 3 years of working experience in complex Hospital § She/he must have experience in anesthetic practice § Registered with a relevant professional body and having valid license to practice. SKILLS AND ABILITIES § Excellent written and oral communication skills § Must have good customer care skills, able to deal with patients politely. § Able to analyze detailed information § Ability to work in a team § Ability to communicate and guide.

§ Ensure that the patients receive high quality clinical care and a good patient experience, having regard for their customs, religious beliefs, and doctrines. § Deliver advanced Anaesthetic practices within the department § Participate in clinical audits, and utilize the results to set clinical standards § Participate in professional teaching and training where appropriate § Maintain a high standard of documentation in accordance with Hospital standards for records and record-keeping
§ Implement policies, procedures, and clinical guidelines and ensure adherence by the team § Implement health, safety, and infection control standards. § Assist with clinical and associated audits as appropriate for the given area.
