background information:
The “Association d’Exécution des Travaux d’Intérêt Public” (ASSETIP) is a national non-governmental organization with the objective to give its contribution in the national socio-economic development and poverty reduction programs by ensuring effective management of infrastructure projects of public interest through the mechanism of “Delegated Contract Management” and capacity building of partners in the domain of infrastructure.
In that regards, ASSETIP wishes to hire temporary staff meeting the following qualifications:
- Civil engineers (7Nos):
- Ao or A1 in Civil Engineering or related field;
- Minimum 4 years for Ao and 6 years for A1 proven working experience; working familiarity with the construction industry (building construction and/or supervision);
- Proficiency in Computer Software (AutoCAD recent version or other construction related software), MS Word, Microsoft Project, Excel and PowerPoint;
- Project management Certificate will be an asset;
- Experience in construction quality and cost controls;
- Experience in preparing and presenting reports;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Ability to work in diverse teams;
- Must be registered in the professional body (e.g: IER).
