About the Role
Partners In Health (PIH) – Rwanda, locallyknown as Inshuti Mu Buzima (IMB), is seeking an exceptional and mission-driven Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial leadership, particularly within international NGOs or similarly complex environments.

The Chief Financial Officer (CFO) provides strategic leadership and oversight of all financial operations for PIH Rwanda. This role is responsible for safeguarding the organization’s financial integrity, ensuring long-term sustainability, and maintaining full compliance across all financial functions, including accounting, budgeting, restricted grant management, procurement, and financial support for programs and operations.As a key member of the senior leadership team, the CFO serves as a strategic partner in organizational planning and decision-making, driving financial strategies that support programmatic impact and growth. Working in close collaboration with the PIH US Coordination Finance team, the CFO ensures alignment with global financial policies, procedures, and standards, while adapting systems and practices to meet IMB’s local context and operational needs—maximizing efficiency, accountability, and impact. |
