Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung

The Friedrich-Ebert-Stiftung Rwanda (www.fes-rwanda.org) is seeking to recruit a cartoonist / a group of cartoonists to develop an up to 56-page (max) comic book (for adults) that will provide information on Goal 8 (Sustainable Development Goal Number 8: “Decent Work and Economic Growth”), the ILO Core Conventions and the Rwandan Labor Law.
