Job Description

– To ensure whether money meant for capitation grant is used for the interest of sports in school;

– To coordinate activities for the Rwanda Federation of school sports;

– To verify whether all schools have sports facilities and intervene where they are lacking or insufficient;

– To provide awareness on importance of sports for student health and ensure all schools do sports in schools;

– To ensure whether school administration verifies whether all pupils in primary schools and students in secondary schools do different sports;

– Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Profile

Bachelor’s Degree in Physical education in Education/Sports.
Key technical skills and knowledge required:

– General knowledge on Rwanda education system;

– Report writing and presentation skills;

– Computer literacy;

– Collaboration and team working skills;

– Effective communication skills;

– Management and administrative skills;

– Time management;

– Fluent in Kinyarwanda, English or French; knowledge of all these three (3) languages is an advantage.
