Its social commerce platform – Mengo, launched in December 2019 and has developed over 100,000 resellers who can earn up to 200,000 Rwf per month.

Key Accountabilities –

• Develop effective users for its Mengo platform
• Negotiate and close agreements with large & Key Account Customers.
• Perform research and identify new potential customers and new market opportunities
• Collaborate with senior executives to develop and implement effective sales strategies, establish, and execute sales goals.
• Lead, coach & energize diverse sales team members to achieve sales targets.
• Monitor and analyze sales team performance metrics and suggest improvements.
• Conduct product training
• Carry out market research and surveys

Qualification –

• Bachelor’s degree
• At least five years of working experience in the Sales and Marketing field, and business development at a managerial level
• E-commerce or other technology company experience is preferred.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets
• Enthusiastic and positive attitude
• Effective communication and persuasion skills
• Self- driven, Teamwork and result oriented
• English language proficiency and professional writing skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and relative computer skills

Compensation –

• We have a competitive basic salary and sales commission
