We are African Unique Safari and Tours, a leading Tour Operator and Destination Management Company based in Rwanda.

We are looking for an outstanding employee to join our team as a Reservations Tour Consultant.

Duties include:

• Processing incoming enquiries
• Problem solving and creating winning itineraries and proposals
• Costing itineraries and providing accurate quotes
• Keeping our Tour Tracking software accurate and up to date
• Booking accommodation and activiites with suppliers
• Delivering informative driver guide breifings

• Good continuous learner

Experience & Skills

• Prefer a minimum 1-3 years at a busy tour operator company.
• Excellent written and verbal English skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Not required but a bonus if you can write and speak French.
