Job Description

• Keep records of refugees, returnees and asylum seekers
• Establish and Maintain the Ministry’s refugee database
• Be the custodian of all data entry related activities
• Coordinate refugee registration activities with other stakeholders
• Act as the link between the ministry and stakeholders in terms of refugee management data and information
• Collect and analyze refugee related data
• Update refugee data and information

Job Profile

Qualification

Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Sciences, Statistics, Business Information Technology (BIT), Secretariat Studies, secretariat Studies

Key Technical Skills & Knowledge required:

– Knowledge of cost analysis techniques;

– Planning and organizational skills;

– Communication skills;

– Strong IT skills, particularly

– Judgment & Decision Making Skills;

– Knowledge to analyze complex financial information & Produce reports

– Deep understanding of financial accounts;

– High Analytical Skills

– Interpersonal skills;

– Time management Skills

– Complex Problem solving;

– Flexibility Skills;

– fluent in Kinyarwanda, English and/ or French; knowledge of all is an advantage
