ABOUT US:
SEKAA Youth for Youth is established as a non-profit youth-led organization,
We strive to guide the youth towards achieving sustainable Development; which is done through various economic Empowerment solutions we provide through training workshops.
Sekaa also recognizes that reproductive health, including sexual health, and reproductive education including the use of contraceptives, is key to improving the quality of life for the youth we are training.
We started operations in 2019, and legally registered in 2020. So far, we have conducted training workshops with the University of Rwanda
MISSION:
We aim to have the youth with increased hope of success in life, contributing to the development of their communities.
VISION:
We believe in building on youth’s education, strengths, passion, and talent, to promote youth engagement in their societies, and employment creation for sustainable development

Responsibilities:
Ensuring the implementation of policies and practices
Maintaining budget and tracking expenditures/transactions
Support planning and coordination of a program and its activities
Ensure the implementation of policies and practices

Help build positive relations within the team and external parties
Ensure technology is used correctly for all operations (video conferencing, presentations, etc.)
Prepare paperwork and order material
Keep updated records and create reports or proposals
Support growth and program development
Knowledge of program management and development procedures
Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office
Ability to work with diversity and multi-disciplinary teams
Excellent time-management and organizational skills
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Detail-oriented and efficient
Requirements
Basic knowledge of program management and development procedures
Knowledge of budgeting, bookkeeping, and reporting
Tech-savvy, proficient in MS Office
