Teacher recruitment 

The Henri Matisse School Rwanda Ltd , located in  Kicukiro, Niboye ,  Kigali City , which practices an active pedagogy, is a school of the French education system and the primary section is bilingual (French, English).

Degree and experience

• University degree (A0 level) in education or equivalent  for a primary school teacher profile
• Diploma in pedagogy A2/General pedagogy  for a kindergarten teacher.
• Professional experience of at least 5 years in an international primary school and at least 3 years in a kindergarten.

Required skills:

• Excellent command of spoken and written French and English.
• Good general knowledge.
• Solid pedagogical and methodological background 
• Ability to appropriate the proposed school curricula.
• Proficiency in computer tools (Word, Excel and internet use).

Personal qualities:

• Ready to invest personally in learning and progressing.
• A genuine motivation to work with children, to love children.
• Ability to cooperate and work in a team.
• Genuine communication and listening skills.
• Kindness, availability, open-mindedness.
• Creativity, inventiveness and imagination.
