A MARKETING AND COMMUNICATION OFFICER
Reporting to : Director of Operations

General description:

The Marketing and Communications Manager is responsible for designing, implementing and managing the marketing and communications strategy to promote the image of ATLANTIQUE MICROFINANCE Plc in the national market.

Missions :

– Implement the Marketing strategy in line with the PMT in consultation with the Operations Manager and General Management;

Participate in the implementation of marketing into operational action plans;
Ensure competitive monitoring;
– Assist the subsidiary network in implementing development plans;

– Manage external communication in consultation with General Management;

– Manage structuring projects on behalf of ATLANTIQUE MICROFINANCE Plc with the support of consulting firms;

Participate in the implementation of communication campaigns;
Continuously monitor marketing in order to adjust the product strategy;
Carry out qualitative and quantitative market studies;
Manage relationships with partners
Competences

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing and/or similar field.
Have proven experience of at least 3 years in a similar role, ideally in the banking or microfinance sector;
Communication and negotiation skills;
Ability to write reports and minutes;
Planning and time management skills;
Proficiency in MS Office software (Excel, Word and PPT);
Fluency in Kinyarwanda, French and English;
Experience in digitalization and alternative distribution channels
Creative, innovative, visionary.
Minimum Experience and Qualifications

Have at least a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing and Communication or related field with at least 3 years of experience in a similar position and must be able to speak and write French.
