DEVELOPMENT AGENTS (LOAN OFFICERS)

Number: 12
Reporting hierarchy: Head of agency
Missions

Prospecting and commercial follow-up;
Take charge of the micro credit process;
Process credit requests;
Monitor repayment and security of funds;
Participate in the collection of unpaid debts;
Participate in the loyalty process;
Support and educate customers;
Market savings and other microfinance products.

Qualifications:

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance;
At least 1 year of experience in a similar position in an MFI or in a Bank (Business relation Manager).
