Canal+ International is a subsidiary of Canal+ Group (Group Vivendi).  Canal + offers bundles of pay TV Channels throughout the world in more than 40 countries in Sub-Saharan Africa, the Caribbean, the Pacific South and Asia.

In Africa, CANAL + INTERNATIONAL is active in more than 20 countries, distributes more than 200 channels via satellite to more than 4.5M subscribers in Africa.

Role: 

As the Key Account Manager, you will be charge of ensuring the development of the B2B activity on your territory: you will be responsible for the recruitment and loyalty objectives of your subscriber base. 

What you will do: 

• Support the commercial objective of the key accounts network and ensure its commercial animation; 
• Animation of the subscriber base, with loyalty and upmarket actions; 
• Develop the customer base by intensifying new subscribers’ acquisition in different segments (hotels/works council/industries/life-bases/hospital complex, etc.); 
• Monitor and analyze results and suggest commercial and corrective actions; 
• In collaboration with the Africa Key Accounts Manager, set up and deploy local operations in the field throughout the country; 
• Work in collaboration with all the subsidiary’s departments to carry out development projects: technical, logistical, financial, etc.; 
• Carry out competitive intelligence actions on other operators; 
• Report to the head of the entity Business activity. 

 You will be the right fit if: 

•  You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field; 
• You have 5 years’ experience in Sales, especially in B2B activity; 
• You have a driving license; 
• You possess business negotiation and strong relationships skills; 
• You have strong business sense, taste for complex challenges, and team spirit; 
• You can work independently and take initiatives; 
• You are well versed in all Microsoft programs including excel, power point, and word; 
• You can speak fluently English, French and Kinyarwanda.
