job description

Implement the IT strategy and policy of Atlantique Microfinance Plc
Collect and study the needs expressed by the Functions of Atlantique Microfinance Plc
Evaluate and recommend IT investments corresponding to the needs expressed
Install and configure computer hardware, software, network systems and security systems
Monitoring and maintenance of computer systems and networks
Respond to issues and requests for different services in a timely manner
Provide technical support throughout the institution
Repair and replace equipment as necessary
Test new technologies
Monitoring and training of staff to understand and use the system
Design an optimal organization of information flows
Validate the effectiveness and control of risks related to information systems
Maintain compliance with internal and external service level agreements
Perform periodic reporting on system performance and resource optimization as required.
Executes and completes any other project as requested by the supervisor.
Job qualifications and skills

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering or a closely related field;
Have at least 3 years of experience in a similar position;
Solid knowledge of network systems and software, network hardware and protocols;
Strong knowledge of implementing and effectively developing IT support and operations best practices, including in-depth knowledge of security, storage, data protection and disaster recovery protocols;
Mastering French ;
Excellent oral and written communication skills;
