COMPETENCY REQUIREMENT

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

1. He/she must be graduated in computer science, information technology or any other related field.

SKILLS AND ABILITIES 

1. Extensive knowledge relating to information technology and the various applications and network configurations
2. Knowledge and experience relating to IT acquisition process
3. Proven computer literacy

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to user requests for service, troubleshoot problems and mostly to the new HMIS related.
• Support PC hardware components, desktop operating system software, and application software.
• Perform minor repairs to equipment and arrange for other servicing needs.
• Assist users whenever there is a need.
• Perform other duties/projects as assigned.
• Provide user training for basic hardware and software use.
