JOB DESCRIPTION

• Implement the strategic orientations in terms of human resources management 

within the framework of the global strategy of Atlantique Microfinance Plc as validated by the management bodies.

• Decline the orientations in human and social relations management policy.

• Define priority objectives in terms of human capital management in line with the strategic vision of Atlantique Microfinance Plc.

• Ensures the proper application and compliance with operational and regulatory mechanisms within Atlantique Microfinance Plc.
• Develop the skills of current employees by taking into account new work tools and technologies,
•  Propose internal development prospects, develop tutoring / mentoring between experienced and new employees.
• Participate in the implementation and evaluation of HR systems, processes and tools
• Implement and carry out all administrative management actions concerning the situation of group employees (social charges/declarations, recruitment, training, time management, staff movements, payroll, remuneration, etc.)

Qualifications:

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Law, Human Resources Management;
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position and must be able to speak and write French.
