We’re Hiring for:

  • E-Commerce Manager

This position is Full-Time in Kigali Special Economic Zone, Masoro on ST/RDA 2, with a competitive salary range based on experience (discuss during interview). We comply with different international certifications including; BSCI, ISO9001, ISO15001, OEKO-TEX, CTPAT, GRS and we ensure compliance with Rwandan Labor Law. Position 1: E-Commerce Manager

Reports To: Operations Director

About the Role

Lead our newly established E-Commerce wing, transforming our garment expertise into a thriving digital marketplace. Drive online sales growth while integrating with manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute e-commerce strategies for B2B/B2C sales of garments and sustainable lines.
  • Manage platform setup (Jumia), inventory integration, and order fulfillment.
  • Lead digital marketing (SEO, PPC, social) and analyze data for optimization.
  • Collaborate with production teams for seamless supply chain syncing.
  • Oversee a small team and monitor KPIs like conversion rates.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related; MBA/certifications a plus.
  • Experience: 3+ years in e-commerce, ideally in fashion/apparel a plus; proven revenue growth track record.
  • Skills: Proficiency in e-commerce platforms, CRM, analytics; garment supply chain knowledge.
  • Other: Strong leadership, customer-centric mindset; English fluency. Preference: Under 35 years to inject youthful innovation into our digital pivot.
