Driver

Driver

Directly reporting to: Administration Officer.

Major Responsibilities:

  • Picks and drops VFR staff and Visitors to their respective destinations including offices when deemed necessary, branches, hotels or any other place in relation to work as it may be guided by management;
  • Facilitates the credit/recovery officers to reach clients location for recovery purposes;
  • Ensures the maintenance of the vehicle is done on time by checking Oil Leaks, Accident damage, tires conditions, mileage control and servicing;
  • Checks whether the vehicle has valid insurance, yellow card, safety tools required by the police and updated technical control and ensures that vehicle mechanical state and defects are reported on time;
  • Ensures the vehicle is clean and presentable
  • Delivers packages of goods and mails to the appropriate destination;
  • Transmit mails from branches to the Head office and vice versa;
  • Occasionally makes any payment deliveries including checks or cash if assigned to do so.

  • Able to lead daily devotion

Qualification and Experience

  • A2 in any field
  • Driving license at least category B.
  • Commendable driving records
  • 5 Years’ driving experience and knowledgeable in car mechanics
