Job Description

We are looking for a passionate DevOps Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development and operational management of a kiosk management application, including our click-and-collect solution. You will be at the heart of our technical infrastructure, with a dual mission: providing developer support and managing the operational aspects of our servers and services.

Responsibility and job description

• Server management:

1.  Monitor and administer servers running Linux.
2.  Ensure that servers and services are operational (monitoring, alerting).
3.  Diagnose and resolve production incidents.

• Database:

1. Maintain and update the PostgreSQL database (migrations, optimizations, incident resolutions).

• Development support:

1. Participate in the testing, validation and production phases.
2. Collaborate with developers to create pull requests and resolve code issues.
3. Understand the codebase to quickly identify and resolve bugs.

• DevOps Process:

1.  Automate CI/CD pipelines.
2.  Implement and maintain tools for deployment and testing.

• Operational management of kiosks:

1. Ensure the smooth running of customer operations (ticket management, incident tracking, rapid resolution).

Ideal profile

• Technical skills:

1. Expertise in Linux system administration.
2. Experience with PostgreSQL: management, optimization, and troubleshooting.
3. Knowledge of scripting (Bash, Python or similar) to automate tasks.
4. Familiarity with DevOps tools: Docker, Kubernetes, Jenkins, or equivalent.
5. Good understanding of development workflows (Git, creation and review of pull requests).

• General skills:

1.  Ability to solve complex problems and take initiative.
2.  Good communication and collaborative spirit to work with development teams.
3.  Versatility: able to move from a technical role to an operational role as needed.

Experience :

• Minimum 2 years of experience as DevOps or in a similar role.
• Experience with critical production environments.

Required languages:  French, English
