In Africa, CANAL + INTERNATIONAL is active in more than 20 countries, distributes more than 200 channels via satellite to more than 4.5M subscribers in Africa.
Role:
As the Customer Success Officer, you will be responsible of marketing actions plan for the improvement of the renewal rate.
What you will do:
- Assisting in the marketing deployment of action plans to improve renewal rate, upgrade and win back;
- The monitoring of payment platforms (Telco / Bank / REX);
- Prospect, create and monitor renewal physical points;
- Challenge renewal physical points;
- Share marketing offers and promotions with sales teams (including training);
- Insure the good providing of renewal communication material on POS;
- Update performance monitoring tools (Business Review etc.);
- Collect and share information about competition (competitive intelligence).
You will be the right fit if:
- You have a Bachelor’s degree in Sales and Marketing, Business Administration or any related field;
- You have data-analysis skills;
- You are customer-oriented;
- You have a sense of autonomy and responsibility;
- You have good interpersonal skills and team spirit;
- You are innovative and pro-active;
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
- You can speak fluently English and Kinyarwanda (good French is a plus).
