Hence, students will have a chance of choosing preferred best universities and colleges among the ones that are associated with us and fill application forms available from our website requesting for admissions and scholarships. Therefore, this connection will help students to handle all inconsistencies that may occur in the application process or during the ongoing undertaken program to save time and money.

USA Education Services whose headquarters is located in 2 main Street, Harrisonburg, Virginia 22802, is intending to establish and start its operations in Rwanda to help Rwandese students to access American Education services at home.

Job Description of the Representative:

USA Education Services is seeking to recruit suitably qualified, detail oriented, dynamic and self-motivated Representative who will represent its business culture in Rwanda and provide guidance to students from high schools, colleges and universities who wish to attend USA online education to fulfill requirements for degrees and graduation. The representative will also help students in admissions by helping them to make determinations on which applicants will be admitted and plan a course of study that will help prepare them for desired career paths by connecting them with USA best universities, schools and colleges.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Promoting the company by giving its visibility and recruiting students through interaction with the country’ schools, colleges, Universities and other education institutions, plan seminars and develop marketing and advertising strategies to cultivate those relationships.
  • Demonstrating effective pursuit of the company’s goals and objectives for both the current year and the long term.
  • Providing effective leadership and support for an academic program, advising students and building strategies to achieve academic goals.
  • Developing a competent administrative organization and staff to ensure effective and efficient management of the company.
  • Oversees that admissions, learning, and researches are maintained at the best level.
  • Reviewing placement tests and certifications to ensure students are enrolled in the right classes or programs.
  • Develop relationships in new countries through open house and communicate with other Representatives regularly to ensure smooth promotion of USA Education Services.
  • Oversight of the quality of the academic and support programs provided by our partners, maintain close liaison and ongoing communication with them to establish their academic goals and monitor the relationship between students and partners.
  • Ensuring classes and students’ courses of study will adequately prepare them for their desired career.
  • Assisting students with changes in their course of study.
  • Provide support on issues related to academic services and deal with complaints.
  • Establish an environment in which students learn effectively.
  • Educate students about the company’s services in order to increase profit goals.
  • Achieve specific financial objectives to meet the mission and vision of the company and make adjustments to workflow as necessary.
  • Direct the development of USA Education Services building programs and make policy recommended by the CEO on all matters that affect the Company.
  • Providing effective leadership and structure in a joint effort with the CEO to implement and achieve academic objectives of the company within the agreed time- frame.
  • Preparing and leading meetings to improve communication and promote coordination within the country.
  • Perform such other duties as may be assigned or delegated by the CEO of USA Education Services.
  • Provide timely and accurate monthly, quarterly and annual reports to the CEO of USA Education Services.

Representative skills and qualifications

A job description for a Representative should contain the following skills and qualifications requirements:

Computer skills: A Representative needs to be comfortable using computers in order to use the necessary software for managing student and school records.

Interpersonal skills: A Representative needs to establish positive relationships with co-workers, students and their families.

Organizational skills: A Representative should be organized in order to manage records, coordinate activities with staff and prioritize tasks.

Problem-solving skills: A Representative needs to react calmly to difficult situations when they arise while working to develop creative solutions.

 

Representative education and training requirements

  • A good candidate should hold at least a Master’s degree in one of the fields relevant to the Business Administration, Academic and Management fields for which application is made and has 2 years of academic experience or related fields; having a D. degree is an advantage.
  • Evidence of at least 2 years’ effective teamwork, leadership and management at a senior level in a higher education institution.
  • Teaching experience of at least 2 years in one of the disciplines of the College.
  • Evidence of capacity building and a commitment to professional development.
  • Evidence of involvement in research postgraduate training through publications in peer reviewed journals and successful postgraduate supervision.

Representative Salary Expectations

A Representative will earn an average amount of 750,000 Rwf per month, including a salary of 600,200 Rwf and other benefits such as transportation of 50,000 Rwf, airtime of 20,000 Rwf , health insurance of 30,000 Rwf and other costs that will cover 49,800 Rwf. Therefore, whenever the Representative goes the Extra Mile at work, the company will offer him a bonus.

At the end of each year, the representative will have to meet with the executive team in the USA and shall be assured that all costs regarding air tickets, accommodation, board and domestic transport will be covered by the company.

When the Representative will travel to other African countries to open a new USA Education Services branch; all costs regarding air tickets, accommodation, board and domestic transport will also be covered by the company and get an allowance of 300 US dollars per trip.
