We are looking for motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team as Commission-Based Sales Agents. If you are passionate about sales, eager to work in a dynamic environment, and interested in earning competitive commissions, this opportunity is for you!

Position: Commission-Based Sales Agent Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and generate leads for our services and product range, including Modernized Agriculture equipment, Green Energy solutions, Engineered Wood, Smart Home technologies, and Fabrics.
  • Promote our products through meetings, phone calls, and digital
  • Close sales deals, ensuring excellent service and customer
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering tailored solutions to their specific needs.

Compensation:

  • Earn10%-30% commission on every sale generated, based on the product category and sales volume.
  • Additional allowances and performance-based

Required Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal
  • Abilityto work independently and collaboratively within a
  • Strong sales, negotiation, and problem-solving
  • Self-motivated,target-driven, and eager to achieve
  • Previous experience in sales is a plus, but not

Job Location:

Our office is located at NARD House, 23JV+VFG, Sonatube-Rwandex Road, Kigali, Rwanda. Sales activities may include both in-office and fieldwork, depending on client needs.
