ATLANTIQUE MICROFINANCE Plc, the Rwanda subsidiary, is launching a recruitment notice for agency heads.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Carry out prospecting and commercial monitoring;
• Process credit requests;
• Ensure reimbursement and security of funds;
• Manage a customer portfolio;
• Monitor and promote activities related to savings products and financial services;
• Ensure supervision of Point of Sale staff;
• Represent Atlantique Microfinance Plc to local authorities and partners;
• Establish an optimal administrative and security management system for the Point of sale and monitor the reliability of the data;
• Ensure the profitability of the Point of Sale.

• Financial/accounting knowledge;
• Mastery of the credit/microcredit profession;
• Comfort in handling numbers;
• Sense of service and listening;
• Commercial knowledge;
• Analytical skills ;
• Rigor ;
• Good knowledge of office automation and knowledge of the microfinance sector

Qualifications:

Have at least a Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Accounting, Management, Finance;
At least 3 years of experience in a similar position. Must be able to speak and write French. The candidate must not exceed the age of 40 years.
