Assistant to Admin. (Front Desk) & Accountant

Assistant to Admin. & Accountant handles a variety of administrative activities and accounting activities for an organization.

Responsibilities:

• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers, and journals.
• Preparing statutory accounts.
• Calculating and checking to make sure payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
• Managing petty cash transactions.
• Controlling credit and chasing debt.
• Reconciling finance accounts and direct debits.
• Provide information by answering questions and requests
• Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
• Have to work at the reception desk
• Resolve administrative problems
• Develop and maintain a filing system

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Accounts, or Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ years’ experience in a relevant field but not mandatory.
• Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
