We will be working with thousands of learners and their progress means everything. Therefore, we will need a candidate with effective interpersonal skills and a client-centric approach. Someone, who is able to develop a strong, happy learner community and drive continuous engagement through, e.g., personal meetings, phone calls, and social media activity.

Apart from the day to day functions, the role will require someone with a strategic and analytical mindset, who sees the bigger picture and uses a data-driven approach to monitor progress, set and evaluate key performance indicators, track program outcomes and measure impact.

Most importantly, we are seeking an incredibly well-organized individual who is passionate about creating impact for both individuals and Rwanda as a nation. In return, we are offering the opportunity to build a career locally, regionally, or globally at a rapidly growing and highly innovative education company, paving the way into the future in a fast-changing industry.

Our Ideal Candidate

Is able to clean, sort, and analyze large data sets to provide actionable insights and articulate relevant recommendations on how to improve processes, plans, and execution.
Is highly articulate, and able to communicate ideas, plans, updates, and insights to a wide range of stakeholders, ensuring the message lands as intended.
Thinks about the entire project life cycle, not just their piece of the puzzle.
Is not afraid of failure and is always willing to learn.
Is highly productive, resourceful, and conscientious.
Desired Skills and Experience:
Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word & Excel) skills
Solid digital and analytical skills
Project Management skills (experience and/or qualifications are preferential)
