Rwanda Plc is recruiting  : An Agency Supervisor/Network Coordinator 

AGENCY SUPERVISOR/ NETWORK COORDINATOR

Reporting line:  Operations Manager

General Description: 

Monitor the achievement of qualitative and quantitative objectives by the network and assist it in
achieving its objectives.

Main tasks:

To facilitate the network:

• Supervision and Management of Agencies
• Set the annual schedule of visits and supervise its implementation.
• Ensure the monitoring of the management of agreements.
• To monitor the achievement of the objectives allocated to the network.
• Supervise the analysis and qualification of quantitative and qualitative achievements.
• Supervise the review of any potential discrepancies observed.
• To supervise, develop, and even implement action plans where appropriate.

Processing of exemption requests:

• Collect, qualify and process all requests for exemptions received by the
  department. 
• Ensure continuous reporting to the Operations Manager and ensure that
  all functions are performed in accordance with applicable procedures.
• Provide staff training on products and marketing procedures.
• To manage, motivate the team under their management and ensure the achievement of the objectives allocated to the function.

Desired profile:

• Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics, Management or a similar field.
•  Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar position, ideally in microfinance or the
  banking sector.
• And must be able to speak and write fluent French (mandatory), English and
  Kinyarwanda.
• Good understanding of banking systems
• Proficiency in various technological tools;
• Experience in developing business or operational plans
• Integrity, rigor, analytical and synthesis skills.
• Good managerial skills.
